Group wants a new hotel built by Dayton Convention Center in downtown Dayton

The 0.4-acre property identified as a prime location for the new hotel is a city-owned plaza located on the east side of South Jefferson Street, south of East Fifth Street, across the street from the convention center.

The plaza space, located next to the Oregon District parking garage, is basically vacant although it has some trees, landscaping, planters and brick sections.

Plageman said the Montgomery County Convention Facilities Authority wants to find a reputable hotel developer to construct, operate and own a nationally branded and convention-quality hotel on the property.

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has earmarked three commercial plots near the Noida International Airport solely for hotels. The three land pockets are in three sizes: 3,400 square meters (sq m), 5,000 sq m and 10,000 sq m. Wyndham Hotels beats Q1 earnings estimates, misses on revenue

PARSIPPANY, NJ – Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: NYSE:) reported adjusted first quarter earnings of $0.78 per share, marginally surpassing the analyst estimate of $0.76. However, the company’s revenue for the quarter fell short of expectations, coming in at $305 million compared to the consensus estimate of $312.3 million.

Despite the revenue miss, the company experienced a global RevPAR (Revenue per available room) growth of 1% in constant currency and an 8% increase in ancillary revenues compared to the first quarter of 2023.

One of the smallest and often forgotten towns in San Diego County could see a revival with the revamped Jacumba Hot Springs Hotel. Slieve Russell Hotel in Cavan for sale for around €35m

The well-known Slieve Russell Hotel Golf & Country Club in Cavan has been put on the market with a price tag of €35m.

The hotel has 224 bedrooms, as well as banqueting and leisure facilities, and is situated on 300 acres of land, which includes a PGA Championship golf course, a 9-hole par 3 course and driving range.

The property is being sold by CBRE on behalf of the liquidators of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation, Kieran Wallace and Eamonn Richardson, of Interpath Advisory.
