PoB Hotels has announced the inclusion of two properties, The Montagu Arms in the New Forest and Homewood Hotel & Spa positioned close to Bath into its collection.

The Montague Arms

As we continue to expand our collection, we remain steadfast in our commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests in destinations that inspire and enchant guests while championing the best independent hotels across the British Isles.”

The Montagu Arms is tucked away in a quiet corner of the New Forest in Beaulieu with 33 bedrooms and suites spread across the original chauffeur garages and the newer development, all combining comfort and sophistication to suit the charming country house.

Andrew Berridge, General Manager of The Montagu Arms, comments: “It is an honor to join the esteemed PoB Hotels collection. Montagu Arms embodies the spirit of offering uber localized experiences to our guests and wanting them to experience a haven of tranquillity and luxury amidst nature’s embrace. Our vision aligns perfectly with PoB Hotels and looks forward to growing our commercial reach through this esteemed partnership.”

Homewood Hotel & Spa

Homewood Hotel & Spa is a country house hotel, set in 20 acres of the Somerset hills. The Georgian retreat includes 31 rooms and suites across the main house and the newly launched Mallingford Mews, with views over the Avon Valley. The hotel’s restaurant, Olio, offers locally sourced Mediterranean-style dishes, with fruit, vegetables, and herbs picked from the ‘No-Dig Kitchen Garden’. For the summer months, the Olio Terrace and regular pop-ups in the kitchen garden welcome guests to make the most of the warmer weather, with stunning views across the countryside.

Guests can also discover the Spa. With a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, and an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub with views over the valley, there’s plenty to enjoy, with new features launching this Summer.

Ed Fitzpatrick, General Manager of Homewood Hotel & Spa, states: “We are thrilled to embark on this exciting journey with PoB Hotels. After the last couple of years of dedicated development and the implementation of elevated standards, we are primed and eager to take our property to the next level. With PoB Hotels’ support, we are confident that Homewood will continue to exceed expectations, welcoming new domestic guests through our doors.”
