Temperature-controlled beds, muscle massagers and professional sleep coaches – sleep tourism is on the rise

It’s not surprising then, that efforts are being made to promote sleep.

In fact, the sleep tourism market is estimated to grow by almost 8pc and more than $400 billion between now and 2028, according to US market research.

As the weather heats up in sunny Spain, British tourists planning travel to Spain in the coming months have been warned of some strict restrictions that will “directly affect tourists”. Certain parts of the nation can be prone to droughts during the summer months and local authorities have provisionally approved strict rules if droughts hit a dangerous level.
